MARK ANTHONY'S BIOLOGY…….

Let me cast my mind back a moment…. Once upon a time in 1979 a
child was born, a child who would eventually become
extraordinarily famous above all expectation. As I lay next to
Heath Ledger in the delivery room I wondered if I could ever
achieve such lofty heights. I tried my hand at acting, unfortunately
no one wanted to finance a re make of the elephant man. I
attempted comedy but steady Eddie stole my routine. I in return
stole his wheelchair. He became the real Australian Crawl, and
threatened to give me the Cold Chisel.

So with a face for radio it dawned upon me as I sat in the audition
room for extreme makeover. Maybe I could command the airwaves
of the nation and hold an attraction that my theatre audience
never could. Thanks to the NZRTS my dream has become a reality
and now I thrust myself where many an ugly man has gone before
sitting by himself talking to a microphone. To be continued…..
